We use solid 14k yellow gold and 14k white gold. Along with 14k yellow gold and 14k white gold charms, semi precious stones and diamonds. We do not use sterling silver because it will not stand the test of time.

Its simple. Just a little soap and water or a gold polishing cloth will do. 

Absolutely! We will just charge you for the charm of your choice and a $10 +tax welding fee. 

We ensure the integrity of our weld before your appointment is complete.  However, things happen! Just because our pieces are designed to be permanent, it does not mean they're unbreakable. All sales are FINAL once you have the piece welded. If you need to remove it or your welded jewelry comes off for any reason (you must have the chain), you are welcome to bring it into our studio when you're ready to have your piece welded  back on. We charge a $10 +tax welding fee and please note that if your jewelry is not in its original form and has been stretched beyond repair, a new piece will need to be purchased. 

No problem. Just pop into ish Boutique and we can remove it for you free of charge. However, if you can't make it in you can use sharp scissors or wire cutters and gently snip it. When you are ready to put it back on just set up an appointment and we will weld it back on you. We charge a small welding fee of $10 +tax. 

Not at all. The tip of the welder only reacts when it touches metal. So you will not feel a thing. Just a quick zap and a flash! We will however have you wear some very stylish glasses while getting Golden. 

Yes! We travel with ours and have no problems at all. Typically small jewelry does not need to be removed at security. 

Our Get Golden jewelry pieces are subject to availability and vary in price so we recommend getting them a gift card. You can email, call or pop into our sister shop- ish Boutique to purchase one and we will make it look very special! 

We do not recommend this to anyone with a gold sensitivity or those with a pacemaker.

All ages can have permanent jewelry. Just remember-if it is a child they will eventually grow out of it. Anyone under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
